When Exclusive Circles is accessed through ChatGPT or another third-party AI platform, that platform’s terms and privacy policy also apply.
Following an external link does not create an account or subscription.
Any registration, purchase, or subscription is handled separately by the provider.
Please review the provider’s terms, privacy policy, features, and costs before using its services.
Use of third-party services is optional and remains your decision.

AI-generated responses may not be unique.
Exclusive Circles does not guarantee exclusive ownership or intellectual-property protection for those responses.
Updates & Contact
Exclusive Circles may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services and may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
